Job Description**

QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree, PMP, or extended management experience preferred * 1-3 years experience at the Program Management level, with experience leading at least one enterprise-class program in excess of $1M * Minimum of 5 years management experience * Demonstrated ability to understand and interact with Sales, PS, and Customers * Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle, issue and risk management and mitigation strategies * Ability to tactfully and professionally address customer issues * Ability to work independently and have good issue resolution skills * Knowledge of core OEM (Cisco, Netapp, EMC, VMware technologies and deployment practices preferred * Strong presence and credibility working with customers, partners, and internal resources * Strong problem solving skills with the ability to implement change * Ability to tactfully and professionally address customer issues * Understanding of financial processes. Able to create pro formas, track project metrics, forecast future trends and manage change. * Understanding of the contract process. Able to manage contract modifications, and take the lead on negotiations surrounding contract scope, cost and schedule. * Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and commitments * Strong organization and time management skills * Ability to work independently and have good issue resolution skills. * Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) * Valid driver's license ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS BY VERTICAL: Federal * Good understanding of Federal customers * Experience in Federal RFI/RFP response process * Excellent understanding of financial and Federal contract processes * Able to manage contract modifications and lead of negotiations surrounding contract scope, cost and schedule
